Job description / Role
Role:
• Create and manage new café and restaurant concepts, acquire and manage franchised operations and drive value through sub-franchise partners
• Able to manage the day to day operations of different chains across multiple outlets
• A hands-on operator with extensive knowledge of daily operations and business development
• Formulate and manage business plans, budgets and cash flow
• Able to identify and secure new sites, negotiate fit out contracts and manage project execution
• Management of logistics and supply chain
• Able to manage HR and lead the hiring and training processes of staff and managers
• Creation of effective marketing and advertising activities and product launches
• Able to set systems, procedures, develop standards and manage internal and external audits
• Manage F&B distribution operations for retail and Horeca (400+ supermarkets, hotels and restaurants) Cash van sales and related support services departments.
• Stringent management of operational P&Ls, food cost, labor cost, controllable and non-controllable related costs
