Operational & Financial Audit Manager (UAE National) - Group Audit - Dubai, UAE

As part of the Group Audit team, we are looking for an experienced Operational & Financial Audit Manager. You will be responsible for managing the internal audit activity of an assigned business segment in order to examine and evaluate all business activities in respect of reliability and integrity of information, safeguarding of assets, economical and efficient use of resources, accomplishment of established objectives and compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Dubai Festival City. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a multi-cultural team, where you will be required to liaise with both internal and external partners of varying seniority levels.

Requirements

For this position we are looking for an individual with a relevant Finance qualification such as: Chartered Accountant, CPA or MBA Finance. You should have in the region of 10 years experience in Internal Operational and Financial Audits with the ability to manage 2 - 3 junior auditors. Those candidates with Group, Real Estate or Banking experience are most desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a high degree of tact, and be able to demonstrate self-reliance, technical and management skills a high level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and objectivity. You will possess excellent English oral and written communication skills and be familiar with computerised financial and operational systems.
