Job description / Role

Operations Advisor, Onshore Developement, Abu Dhabi,

An ADNOC Joint venture based in Abu Dhabi are expanding their assets and looking for an experienced Operations Advisor to provide technical advice and recommendations on all project site activities. This will includes all the operations active drilling assets, facilitate decision making and development of strategies, plans and goals within the overall core business objectives of company.

Participate in setting and/or review of major core business objectives and their optimal implementation with the objective of safeguarding Oil and Gas Resources.

Advise and participate in the ways and means of the introduction of specialized disciplines or new technology of strategic value and importance to the development of Oil and Gas Resources.

The ideal candidate will have:

Requirements

- Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related Discipline (post-graduate degree preferable).
- More than 15 years of comprehensive, broad-based experience in Major Areas of the Oil and Gas industry.
- A minimum of 10 years of Senior Technical Supervisory/ Managerial experience in a similar Business Environment.
- Successfully managed a multi discipline team of Senior Specialists in planning, organizing and execution of Major Projects, as well as project evaluation, contracting strategy, negotiation budgeting, reporting, and accounting.
