Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on an exclusive O&M Director/VP position with a major international engineering company to be based in the UAE and overseeing the GCC.
This role is overseeing the consulting division of this prestigious organization which means that there will be significant travel required to other gulf locations. Initially, the position will require you to be working on a very large multi-million dollar new contract in Saudi Arabia to help set up and implement SOP's for major governmental clients.
The majority of the work will cover the infrastructure and buildings market so candidates with experience in Hospitals, Schools, Roads, and Rail related O&M projects will be required.
Requirements
In order to be considered for this role applicants must have the following experience and qualifications:
• 20+ years experience ideally within Hospitals, Schools, Roads, and Rail related O&M projects
• Degree or equivalent engineering experience
• Consulting experience
• Ability to travel across the GCC and be based in Saudi Arabia for the initial period of employment
