Position Title: Operations & Compliance Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well established company providing corporate PRO services in UAE.
Job Description:
• Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship
• Develop effective relationships with external suppliers, embassies, and consulates to ensure full understanding of services and effective delivery; this will include visiting embassies, DED, DM and other relevant departments
• Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arab nationals
• Male and Female, 38 years old and below
• Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in the same role
• Bachelors degree in any relevant field
• Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
