Our client is seeking an Operations Director from the FM industry to provide leadership to existing maintenance teams and provide a level of exceptional service to their customers.

Description
* Establish operational policies that reflect company values
* Provide cleaning and maintenance solutions on site
* Overseeing services delivered and provide solutions to financial and technical matters
* Focus on the customers and their stakeholders and deliver an exceptional service
* Identify business opportunities that compliment Maintenance being delivered
* Meet performance and financial targets through leadership guidance and support to existing maintenance teams
Job Offer

Requirements
* Engineering degree or degree from relevant field(minimum), Master (ideal)
* 15+ years overall experience, Minimum last 5 years in a Director level role
* FM service provider and Middle East experience is a must
* Aviation experience (ideal)
