Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Facilities Management Service Provider, specializing in delivering hard services, globally, to a portfolio of Blue Chip clientele across a diverse range of facilities. Currently they seek a Facilities Operations Director for a UAE Airport contract.
The candidate will be responsible for management of a single, high profile Airport contract delivering hard (MEP) services across the facility. The individual will manage a large multi-cultural team and be familiar with the day to day operational aspects of running a busy site, providing technical expertise, round the clock ensuring the PPM/Reactive maintenance contracts are completed correctly and in compliance with the contract (SLAS and KPIs). The individual will be commercially astute and should have experience managing the P&L for an Airport FM contract. In addition excellent customer skills and good written and spoken English are essential.
