Position Title: Operations Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a Sharjah-based business formation company that is high recognized in their dedication to create a streamline the process of businesses structure that suits different client needs to cover their presence in the UAE.
Job Role:
• Preparing and finalizing formation documents for with Amendment License Processes
• NMC Applications processing and follow up
• Preparing/maintaining application forms for client purpose
• Generating monthly/weekly/random reports upon the managers requests
• Preparing/maintaining online sheets including client list, processing record, historic - license related, historic - visa related etc.
• Updating/maintaining general policies document and sheet
• Maintaining forms, onIine sheets, company stamps handling, NOC/letters processing, documents attestation, supporting Visa team and IC team
• E-Channel renewal monitoring, preparing formation documents new/renew/amendment/cancellation etc
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• 3 years of experience in business setup / company formation with knowledge of freezones is required
• Working knowledge in using E-Channel
• Excellent administrative and communication skills
• Candidates who can join immediately or in 2 weeks are prioritized
