Job description / Role

Responsibilities
• Responsible for effectively managing the Division's Sales & Marketing functions to ensure best practices are followed, costs are controlled.
• The MEP is evolving so demonstrate your ability to adapt to changing market demands and technological developments by identifying new growth opportunities in the business - exploring new products, new segments, and new markets.
• Evaluate division performance and profitability; recommend new strategies for performance improvements.
• Managing inventory planning based on targets, budgets and cashflow.
• Managing and maintaining supplier/principal relationships.
• Minimum 7 years managerial experience.
• Ensure that the team work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify the skill gaps for the team, utilizing appropriate team building and self-development trainings.
• Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation promotion, retention, and termination activities.
• Working alongside finance department to manage business operations in budgeting, profitability and cashflow.
• Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
• Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within the team, as well as cross-functionally with various Departments - IT, HRD, Stores + Inventory and Public Relations Department.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Salary package according to experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in running operations in MEP industry, team management and fostering a positive work environment
• Ability to delegate tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance effectively
• Experience with cashflow management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
