Job description / Role
A leading international Construction Contractor is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Operations Director to oversea several key regional Projects.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for 2-3 Project Directors and must ensure that Projects are being driven to budget, timeline and quality. You will be expected to work autonomously and be able to deliver on complex mixed use construction and be able to make decisions while motivating your directors.
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Project Director or an Operations Manager who wants to join an internationally renowned organisation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come from a strong contractor background and already be an Operations Manager or at the very least a seasoned Project Director, You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to deal with highly demanding clients in a diplomatic yet decisive manner.
The ability to manage and motivate key staff is a must and is managing multiple projects at one time.
