About the Client:
A well-known f&b group in UAE
Job Description:
• Manage and develop a team of people to assist the General Manager to create a sales driven culture
• Conduct full weekly / monthly review of Unit(s) financial performance with direct reports
• Proactively develop the team (using relevant L&D programs as part of the solution) always following up to identify how the learning can be implemented
• Continually monitor service levels when on site and coaches unit Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members to improve speed of Service and the delivery Service portal
• Support the effective implementation of all new promotions, marketing activity and product launches to time and quality standards
Requirements
Position Title: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and European nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years’ experience on the same role with an up-scale hospitality / f&b environment (Zuma caliber) experience
• UAE Driver’s license is a must
