Job description / Role
• Operations Manager - Interior Fitouts
• Salary: based on experience.
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Our client is one of the leading Office design and Fitout companies in the UAE with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Established more than 8 years ago, they pride themselves with unique environmental certification and awards. Having access to some of the best products and furniture suppliers across Europe and an internal team that provides exceptional expertise and high level of technical skills. As a result of the expansion and projects comping up within the Abu Dhabi market, we are seeking an exceptionally driven Civil Engineer to lead all operations in the Emirate.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the projects through the contracting team
• Be able to improve on logistics and overall delivery
• Plan, staff and supervise all assigned worked, and established a network of continuous information and data between the commercial, design, procurement, and production department.
• Provide support to any number of projects from an operational and resource standpoint.
• Responsible for developing strong field force for various sites by monitoring availability and flow of personnel and as well as assigning teams to projects.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare and present client proposals / quotations to secure new business
• Oversee all operations.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years post graduate experience of which 2 to 3 years exposure to the Abu Dhabi Market and at Senior level
• Possess strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential
• UAE Driving License
