Job description / Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager for a reputed company that is investing in opening nurseries in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
- To understand the nursery set-up and to know the main vendors
- To be aware of the market, be aware of what other nurseries offering
- To be able to design the curriculum and make sure all the nurseries are following it
- To maintain and update when required the policies and procedures and make sure the nurseries are following them
- To be aware of the rules and regulations of MOSa and KHDA and help the nurseries to adhere to them
- To be responsible for recruitment for nurseries in coordination with the HR Department
- To be a problem solver
Requirements
- Good knowledge about EYFS curriculum and
- Experience working in the education domain in Dubai is highly desirable
- Candidates with experience of a Nursery Manager / Phase Leader will be preferred
