Job description / Role
An opportunity with a leading player in the Telecom Industry that has a strong presence in the Middle East region.
Reporting to the Vice President, your key role would be to manage, execute and develop the operators prepaid business to retail and wholesale channel partners in the U.A.E. You will set up yearly budgets across all channels and monitor performance accordingly.
Propose, plan and execute exclusive operator services offers in coordination with set yearly objectives. Ensure smooth and effective back office operations as to applications flow and handover to the operator team.
Well-established direct coordination with all handset brands managers and principles in which operator products/services are directly linked. In essence you will proactively drive the department by identifying, supporting and executing set commercial plans and business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with a Master's being an advantage.
- 7-10 years experience in a Telecom Operator business having worked on Prepaid Sales/Operations for at least 2-3 years in your career.
- You should ideally already be based in the UAE and have a good understanding of the market/customer base
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong MS Excel, Word, Power point knowledge
- Comfortable interacting, negotiating and presenting to Senior stakeholders/decision makers
