Job description / Role

Our client is a rapidly growing retail organization representing major fashion franchises in the Middle East.

The Role
- As an Operations Manager you would manage 4 stores based across the UAE.
- You will report to Brand Manager.
- You would be responsible for overall operation of the stores
- You would manage Store Managers and make sure stores are run smoothly
- Responsible for the management of all retail activities, taking overall responsibility for the recruitment, management and support of staff

Requirements

- You must have high street fashion background
- You must be able to travel between 4 of the stores in UAE
- You need to represent the brand according to set standards
- You should fit into the culture of the company itself
- You need to be available as soon as possible
- Knowledge of retail market in UAE is crucial
