Employment: Full Time

Our client, a reputable wholesale company is currently recruiting for an Operation Officer

Job description:
- Direct assistant to the Department's Director.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Department's Director.
- Do the necessary job processes that are related to the department.
- Contribute in developing new ideas related to the project.
- Other related assigned tasks by the direct manager.

Tasks:
- Project's break-down, planning, and direct supervision on implementation.
- Report errors, pursuit solutions, and collaborate it.
- Digging and researching for related project's objects.
- Coordinate with procurement to find required material and reliable suppliers.
- Recording of the related data.
- Create and review related contracts.

Reporting:
- The Operation Officer reports to the assigned Department's Director unless stated different in the employment agreement, as well as it can be modified and changed based on company’s structural change.
- The Operation Officer is eligible to report immediately his/her work activities whenever it is required by his/her direct Manager.

Training:
- All employees are eligible for induction in the first week of joining work.
- All employees are responsible to express their needs of courses/ and training related to their work progress and eligible to take at least one training course related to his working field (refer to training policy).

Requirements

- Minimum education requirement is Bachelor majoring in Quality Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Arabic and English languages are core.
- Medium computer skills, high MS Office skills are must (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Presentable personality.

Duty:
- Working days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working hours: Flexible, 07:30/8:30 to 15:00/1600 straight, one hour break adds one hour to duty end.
- Working in holidays might be required, compensated on annual leave.
- Emergency calls must be answered.
