Job description / Role
Client is a leading business group based here in the UAE, are looking for an Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join their business. The selected consultant will be working in-house for my client, maintaining their current EBS database.
The key responsibilities for this project entail working directly with the current Oracle team, to work collaboratively to manage day to day support tasks. Good communication and presentation skills are highly requested for this position, as the role will involve dealing directly with the customer.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience required in Oracle EBS – specifically HCM modules
- Work experience with the advanced modules
- Completed over 3 E2E implementations of the HCM modules
- Good leadership skills
