Job description / Role
Client, a leading specialised conglomerate specialising in various private sectors, i.e. real estate and manufacturing etc. based in the heart of the UAE. We are looking for a Oracle Service Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant.
The key responsibilities for this project entail working directly with Oracle Service Cloud, handling all key technical aspects and responsibilities, such as:
- 5-6 Years of relevant experience in Oracle Service Cloud (Oracle RightNow )
- The individual must be more technically skilled than functionally
- Core exposure on Cloud Services, PHP, Dot net etc.
- You will be responsible for the design and coding of the implementation based on the client’s requirement
- Experience in Training Oracle RightNow CRM and Customer Portal to various teams
- Good communication and presentation skills are highly requested for this position, as the role will involve dealing directly with the client.
Requirements
The selected consultant will be working on large internal project, developing, upgrading and supporting the current database. The project is due to be around 3 to 5 years’ in length and needs a resource on site within 4 weeks.
