Order & Logistics Specialist

Our Client is a global water technology provider; transports, treats, tests and efficiently uses water in municipal utility, commercial and residential building services, industrial and agricultural settings. They operate out five continents through a number of market leading brands, headquarters in the USA, with revenues of $4 billion and 12,500 employees worldwide - they are currently recruiting for an Order & Logistics Specialist.

As an Order & Logistics Specialist with our client you would be in responsible for handling processes related to sales orders and inbound and outbound inquiries. This would involve a high level of technical specifications and drawings with pumps and pumping applications. You would be working with the movement and transport of products/equipment/materials in and/or out of the country. You would also be interacting with suppliers and shipping companies dealing with such aspects as delivery terms, sales contracts, and distributor agreements.

Requirements

- Degree in logistics or engineering
- Must have technical order specification and data management of pumps and their applications
- Must be able to interpret technical drawings
- Must have experience with ERP systems and IT literacy in MS Office
- Experience with international trade and logistics (desirable, not essential)
- Must have outstanding communication skills with a focus on attention to detail; in providing excellent customer service, verbally and in writing
- Must be fluent in English, Arabic and French
