Job description / Role
- Processing and coordination of supply only orders from receipt of order until final invoicing.
- Interaction with Engineers, Managers, Customers and Suppliers.Understanding of the whole ordering, logistics and invoicing process, and would provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of any related field
- With UAE experience on the same department
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Effective written communications skills
- Flexible
- High stress tolerance
