This Senior Consultant plays a pivotal role in partnering with business and human resources leaders to strategically transform organizations across the enterprise to achieve breakthrough business performance in a fast-moving and continually-changing environment.

The position will architect and deliver end-to-end solutions in strategic organizational design, change management, team effectiveness, leadership development and organizational diagnostic focusing on the targeted Enterprise priorities.

The position will function as a deep technical expert in the areas of project leader driving change, and team leader and coach, with a focus on developing these skills and capabilities across the HR Generalist/ Business Partner community.

This strategic role consists of several areas of responsibility, including Organizational Development (OD)/ Organization Effectiveness (OE) Consulting, Project/ Team Leadership and Human Resources Development.

The individual selected for this role:
- Leads and supports high priority consulting projects and project teams on organizational design, change management, strategy planning, team effectiveness, and organization diagnostics.
- Develops service agreement across multiple organizations or with large scale system leadership teams to identify the goals, scope of services, budget, schedule and nature of client-consultant relationship.
- Develops organizational development interventions at the business unit level that integrate two or more practice areas (e.g., change management, organizational design, work design and metrics, job design, team and organizational effectiveness).
- Consults across multiple organizations, with Business Unit or company leadership teams or with large scale system leadership teams on service areas related to change management, organizational design, work design and metrics, job design, team and organizational effectiveness.
- Conducts organizational analyses with client to identify organizational or team issues and needs occurring in multiple business environments or with large scale organizational systems.
- Modifies and improves current organizational development processes, tools and techniques.
- Presents data and recommended intervention to business unit leadership for approval. Implements tailored interventions with business unit leadership and their teams.
- Develops innovative methods and provides guidance on ways to monitor and maintain interventions after organizational development services are delivered.
- Provides feedback to business unit leadership and their teams on organizational issues.
- Provides feedback to colleagues to improve their performance on OE projects.
- Leads others in the modification and improvement of current organizational development processes, tools, and techniques to provide high quality service to customers.

- Leads transformation projects whose teams are made up of a mix of functions and organization levels, unlocking the best capabilities from each
- Leads and manages project teams through the consulting life cycle (scoping, proposal, planning, delivery, exit)
- Integrates consulting services with country and business strategies and plans
- Where appropriate, manages external vendors to augment the team’s capabilities
- Aligns key stakeholders (Business Unit leaders, Boeing International leaders, HR leaders, external partners) connected to any project work
- Works closely with Boeing International Talent Management Business Partner to integrate org effectiveness and talent management into services and solutions

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable UAE law. Employment is subject to the candidates ability to satisfy all UAE labor and immigration formalities.
