Position Title: Organizational Excellence Specialist

About the Client:
One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational

Job Description:
- Lead the preparation and development of the application documents for the Abu Dhabi Program for Excellence in Government Performance
- Designing performance indicators for all Key Process (KPIs) and linking them directly to the strategic plan
- Design, manage and develop service delivery processes
- Coordinate the implementation of action plans for improvement procedures resulting from the results of the gap analysis study for Excellence in Government Performance, monitoring and monitoring the progress of the work and reporting on the progress achieved
- Implement Government Guidelines mandated by Abu Dhabi Government

Requirements

- Open to Arabic Nationals
- 45 years old below
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Management or Education or Organizational Excellence
