A leading business support services providers in the region is looking for an Overseas Recruitment Manager

The Overseas Recruitment Manager is instrumental to the success of our manpower driven business. Key requirements will be to aid the day to day running of overseas recruitment alongside the Senior Recruitment Manager.

The Overseas Recruitment Manager will focus on building upon trusted relationships with Senior Management, Business Unit managers and HR Managers to ensure the recruitment for the business is efficient, effective and timely with the aim of aiding the Senior Recruitment Manager to continually enhance the service offering.

The purpose o f the rolr to is to manage the recruitment of a capable and skilled workforce to achieve the Groups’ strategic and operational aims.

Leadership
- Oversee the day to day operations of all team members ensuring goals are communicated and understood
- Ensure team have the skills, capabilities and support to do their roles effectively
- Ensure a smooth operational service is provided at all times to the business, taking into consideration annual leave and absence
- Ensure the team provide accurate, timely and consistent reporting to ensure measures and metrics can be reviewed on an on-going basis
- Deal with all escalated issues in conjunction with team member to coach and enhance their capabilities
- Conduct 1:1s with team members
- Conduct all performance management for team (with the assistance of an HRM where necessary)
- Provide learning and development opportunities for team members to match both their career aspirations and the requirements of the business
- Inspire and work with the team and others to create a successful Recruitment function

Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Ensure data capture is accurate and is set up appropriately for reporting metrics to HR and the Group heads
- Work with Procurement and Legal to ensure 3rd party supplier contracts are consistent and upheld

Continuous Improvement
- Review and evaluate the success measures of the Recruitment function and provide feedback and recommendations to relevant stakeholders to gain buy-in on continuous improvement
- Adjust and amend recruitment programmes to meet the continuing demands of the Group
- Ensure communications are on-going and relationships with the team, Management and Business Unit heads are nurtured and proactive
- Review where efficiencies can be gained in terms of cost and time for the Group with relation to recruitment

Working Relationship
- Key stakeholders include Senior Recruitment Manager, CHRMO, Head of HCM, HR Operations Team, Training Academy, Business Units

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, or other related discipline
- Experience in a business with both blue and white collar employees is a pre requisite
- Evidence of strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Evidence of strong organisational and personal effectiveness when under pressure
- Problem solving and proactive support skills
- Ideally an understanding of Systems, Measures and Automation of processes
- Ideally experienced in managing and delivering change projects
- Analytical skills
