Job description / Role
Client a leading local Retail and Trading Operator is currently looking for a PA to assist the company CEO.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arrangement of meetings both internal and external
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO
- Coordinate external meetings and events when required
- Prepare Powerpoint presentations for various business meetings
- Networking and liaising with other internal PA/EA's
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have proven PA or office admin experience. The ability to juggle conflicting demands in a very fast paced environment.
- Experienced senior PA with a proven track record of supporting C-Level Executives.
- Candidates must be very well presented with strong communication skills as you will be regularly dealing with professionals from all over the globe within the business.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
