Job description / Role
A multinational client are looking for an experienced PA for Abu Dhabi
Salary 20,000 AED
Duties:
- Managing calendars & schedules for the MD & Directors
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing Presentations & Agendas
- Prepare correspondence, screen all calls & emails on behalf of the MD & Directors
- Assist with corporate and company events
- Liaising with internal & external clients
- Preparing administration & assisting other departments e.g HR & Marketing
- Dealing and handling all confidential information
- Preparing company reports using Excel
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Western educated
- min 5 years experience as PA or Executive Assistant
- Work well and under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Can do attitude
- Attention to detail and able to multitask
- Microsoft Office Packages essential to advance level (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
