PA with Legal experience (don't apply unless you have legal experience)
Our client is looking for an experienced PA with both Finance and Legal secretarial experience to work with a small representative office in JAFZA. Primarily you will assist the Finance Director who is dealing with finance and legal matters.
80% of his work is legal related and he requires a reliable, responsible PA with excellent English who can understand legal terminology, draft communications, have zoom meetings with lawyers based overseas, understand what they are saying and interpret what they want. She will work to assist the finance director to correspond with lawyers by drafting responses.
Hours are 9.30 to 6pm Sunday to Friday - Saturday is off. Also the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month are off). Salary: to be discussed.
Requirements
You will be an experienced PA who has worked at Director level within a finance and legal environment within the UAE and be familiar with legal terminology. You will be confident and able to attend on line meetings with international lawyers independently, interpret their comments and requirements and draft correspondence for the approval of the Finance Director. You will be willing to work on Friday.
