Paint Applications Supervisor

We provide a unique paint application service to our customers and have a large team of skilled paint applicators who are trained in applying our specialist paint finishes and coatings as well as large-scale, standard paint application.

As our application team grows we require Paint Application Supervisors to lead and manage the teams ensuring that our meticulous high standards are maintained. Each supervisor will be responsible for a team of up to 50 applicators across multiple project sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set daily targets for your team on each site
- Supervision of team, ensuring productivity of each applicators as per set target
- Maintain and share daily project monitoring report, identifying key issues and suggesting improvements
- Monitor material consumption and ensure efficiency
- Daily measurement of your team's work rate, identifying and dealing with poor performance
- Communicate with site engineer to ensure project is completed to specification

Requirements

- 3+ years paint industry experience
- Detailed knowledge of paint application methods
- Experience of leading/supervising large teams
- Ability to take accurate site measurements
- Able to use Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Arabic speaking candidates preferred
