Paralegal

Job description / Role

Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Paralegal on behalf of their client, a private investment firm based in Al Ain.

Supporting the General and Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking assignments as instructed by the General Counsel
- General administration duties required by the Legal department
- Assisting the company in procurements, leasing, corporate governance etc.
- Proof-reading and translations
- Document preparations – Real Estate, Investment, Leasing

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Experience in a similar role in the Middle East
- Sound legal knowledge, including governance
- Fluent English and Arabic is a must
