Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assisting the Head of Legal Department
- Assist in drafting General Assembly and Board of Directors’ meeting minutes
- Coordinate and follow up with external lawyers regarding our cases.
- Follow up with all the governmental and official departments
- Support and assist Head of Legal Department with correspondence, memoranda, preparing meeting minutes, corporate and commercial legal documents, contracts
- Respond to routine inquiries, review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy
- Type and translate in English and Arabic

Administering, Documenting and Reporting
- Prepare a weekly report for the management with the update of Legal Cases
- Handle proper filing of legal documents and contracts and meeting minutes
- Maintain and manage the Legal Filing Room
- Maintain log sheets and Log Books for the document flow of the filed documents
- Manage the Legal Department Library (Laws, Contracts, Documents)
- Highest standards of discipline and Discretion towards any information or document.

Coordinating with other departments and Lawyers.
- communicate with lawyers, other department and governmental authorities
- respond to other department's inquiries from Legal Department
- Raise all inquiries to HOD and follow up as per his instructions
- Communicate with Lawyers to get the updates from them, se3nd them requests and follow up with them in relation of all legal cases.
- communicate with POC personnel in order to enforce the Legal Department

Prepare weekly reports:
- Responsible for preparing weekly reports detailing all work completed during the week
- Communicate with the Senior Legal Counsel in internal performance of the Legal Department.
- Communicate with other Departments' Point of Contacts to receive latest update from them and incorporate them in the weekly reports.

Requirements

- Arabic nationality
- Female
- Degree in Law is a must!
- Translation: English to Arabic (Vice Versa) 50% of the work will be translation
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years as a paralegal
