Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Paralegal support to the legal consultants.
• Liaison with clients and follow up.
• Record your time and manage your own work load efficiently.
• Prepare and assist with presentations.
• File organization, invoicing, adhering to deadlines, client admin and liaison with other depts.
• Project work such as review of precedents and assisting team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years ‘experience as a paralegal in UAE.
• English and Arabic communication, typing and translation skills.
• Law Degree or paralegal qualification is desirable.
• Fast-paced candidate with an ability to multi-task sense the urgency of work and able to work under pressure.
• Independent self-starters, confident and function independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and well organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent typing skills and highly skilled in MS Office applications.
