Paralegal

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading European owned corporate services business based here in Dubai. They are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer/Paralegal to join their team to offer legal advice to both their business as well as their clients.

You will be responsible for the following:

- Drafting contracts and legal documents
- Providing legal advice on company formation for both onshore and offshore
- Build relationships with clients to assist with their legal requirements
- Act as the regional point of contact for all legal matters
- Manage all commercial contracts

Requirements

- Understand company formation process here in the UAE for onshore and offshore (free zone)
- Have common law experience
- 3 plus years experience in a similar role
- Must Be able to build strong working relationships
- You will need to have a high level of detail and initiative
