Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a well-established entity who are looking to hire a Paralegal/Legal PA to join the CEO’s office within the Legal and Compliance Unit. You will report to the General Counsel in their Abu Dhabi Office.

In this role you will provide Paralegal support and assist the Lawyers with any ad hoc legal work and oversight of document management. You will be responsible for the processing of non-disclosure agreements for the investment team, assist the Legal counsel with any preparation of contracts and documents in a timely, reliable and accurate manner. You will also conduct legal research and drafting as required. Additionally, you will work closely with the compliance and tax functions team with any legal requirements.

This is an exciting new full time role and is a great opportunity to be part of an established organisation.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree ideally within Law and have at least five years’ experience as a Paralegal with a focus in the financial services or Investment management. It would be advantageous if you have worked for a top tier Law firm. You must have strong English communication skills with Arabic being a bonus.

You must have high attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
