Job description / Role
A multinational DIFC based law firm is looking for an experienced Bilingual Corporate Paralegal to join their supportive and diverse team in Dubai.
The role offers a monthly salary of up to AED 18,000.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Performing record searches with various government authorities and coordinating with them some to help set up companies.
• Conducting research.
• Working with PRO’s.
• Responding to and communicating with clients on behalf of others through emails, phone calls, fax, etc.
• Carrying out other duties and tasks as & when required.
• Providing general administrative assistance to the department.
Requirements
• The candidate must be based in the UAE.
• The candidate must have professional fluency in both Arabic and English (Written & spoken).
• The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a corporate paralegal role in the UAE.
• A candidate with experience working in a law firm is ideal but in house paralegals are welcome to apply.
• The candidate must be comfortable working individually and with a team.
