Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has become available join a Leading International Law firm here in Dubai. My client is looking for an experienced Arabic speaking Paralegal for their prestigious offices in the DIFC area to support 3 corporate fee earners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s local experience working as a Paralegal preferably within a corporate department and be LPC Qualified.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with setting up onshore and offshore companies
- Support with all legal documentation and draft standard documentation
- Manage approval and signature processes for corporate documents and agreements
- Organise all trade license renewals and amendments
- Support fee earners with any administration required for the department including filling, invoice processing etc.
- Researching points of law and other factual issues and preparing reports on the same
- Collating and organising bundles of documents, witness statements and exhibits
- Providing support on various cross department deals and due diligence exercises.
- Reviewing and proof-reading legal documents.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic and a strong communicator. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team. You must be flexible in your work approach and attitude and have a professional mindset.

The ideally candidate will be LPC Qualified and be happy to work as a Paralegal for the foreseeable future then in time potential training will be given.
