Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an International Law Firm who is looking to hire a bilingual Paralegal to provide high level support to the Partners and Senior Associates in their DIFC office.
This is a great opportunity to join a reputable firm where you will be supporting in various areas, such as drafting and proof-reading documents in both English and Arabic, including contracts, legal notices, and articles of association.
You will assist in due diligence, corporate transactions, preparing proposals, researching laws and regulations and managing document files. In addition, you will contribute to the client onboarding and KYC. This role would suit an enthusiastic and organised professional.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in law or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years’ Paralegal experience in private practice, with UAE experience being of added value.
Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and being able to work to under pressure are essential. Fluency in Arabic and English at translation level is a prerequisite for the role.
