The Client
Mcgregor Boyall have partnered with an international law firm based in the DIFC. Having been established in the region for over 15 years, the firm have an excellent client base and a healthy sized team. This opportunity is for a bilingual Paralegal to support both Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams on a permanent basis.
The Role
Supporting two teams will offer you an exciting variety of work whilst working alongside some of the top lawyers in the region. Standard Paralegal duties including research, document review and drafting will be expected with a hands-on, team player attitude. You will be involved in numerous legal tasks such as; company registrations and formations, trade license applications, copyright applications, share purchase and transfer agreements, filing of legal disputes in the relevant court and/or arbitral proceedings.
Requirements
The Requirements
Arabic is an essential and you must have at least 2 years' experience working for another international law firm. Experience of both Corporate and Disputes would be a major advantage, however experience in only one would be considered.
