Paralegal Executive

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a Semi-government company with their office based in Dubai.

As a Paralegal Executive, you would be closely working with the head of legal to assist and prepare documents, conduct research for legal materials, proof-reading and drafting legal letters along with agreements and contracts, providing legal support to standardized contracts and template based legal documents.

You would also be responsible for liaising with law firms in regards to corporate transactions, gather litigation and billing information and maintaining all issues, payments, deductions, conflicts and details of all invoices on the shared legal database. Draft and review of resolutions, agreements and contracts, revising company’s legal documents and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess 5+ years of related experience with Bachelor’s degree in law.
