Job description / Role
The Company
Our client, a fast growing and diverse business, are looking to hire a Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join their team. Based in the heart of Dubai Marina, you will join a team of established Lawyers and legal professionals who look after the MEA region. This role offers the right candidate a chance to grow and develop their skillset in a business that has huge growth plans.
This role would suit either an experienced Paralegal looking for a change or a strong Administrator who has a legal degree and experience within a Legal team
The Role
* Support the team with workflow tracking - you must be extremely tech savvy and have extensive experience in all MS office functions
* Identify and suggest workflow improvements, ensuring the legal team are as efficient as possible
* Prepare agendas and minutes, tracking progress of all tasks
* Preparing legal reports
* Drafting correspondence and basic contract review
* Management of all legal documents
* Create document templates and standardised forms
* Manage legal resources (licenses, contracts, opinions)
* Act as point of contact for any external and internal legal requests
* English - Arabic document translation
Requirements
The Candidate
* Must be fluent in English, Arabic and French with perfect written skills in all languages
* Advanced MS Office skills
* Strong organisation skills and able to handle heavy and complex workloads
* Experience in a legal team
Salary and Benefits
Up to 25,000 aed per month
