Paralegal - Litigations

Job description / Role

Our client is an international Law Firm who is seeking a qualified Litigations Paralegal to join an established and highly successful department. This is a role where first impressions count as you will be working alongside senior management and with a varied client base delivering company secretarial services to the clients supplementing partner and fee earners’ service.

This role will provide a bespoke service tailored to clients’ requirements and key responsibilities will include assisting and advising clients with the correct procedure and incorporation of companies, reviewing and drafting various commercial agreements, legal contracts and drafting resolutions as well as corporate approvals. The successful candidate shall also be responsible for maintaining confidential files and records at all times.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years’ Paralegal experience. You will be a professional and well organised individual who is commercially astute, able to work to deadlines and accurately under pressure. A positive approach to work is essential along with strong team skills being imperative to the role. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and pragmatic with the ability to communicate at all levels. All CV’s will be received in confidence.
