Providing a comprehensive set of solutions tailored to your specific needs by designing and implementing strategy that stretches across every part of the value chain. Key industries we serve include Healthcare, Education, Oil & Gas and Financial Services. Our capabilities cover Strategy, Brand Development, Customer Insight, Operational Transformation, Finance Transformation and Transaction Services.

The Role

Following the inception of our client, it is now time to on-board an experienced Partner. Ideally this individual will come from an M&A / Transaction Support background with experience across industry and financial institutions. They will work alongside the existing Partners to generate a strong pipeline of work across the region and be the leading point of contact for clients while overseeing and delivering projects to the highest standard.

Requirements

A proven track record of operating with CXO / board / senior management across industries.

A successful history of not only designing and developing strategy for clients, but also the ability and record of implementing and delivering these projects.
This individual will likely have a MBA, and an undergraduate degree from a top-tier international university.

Experience in the Middle East would be strongly preferred, although, for the right individual with experience in Europe/ US will be considered.

The technical skillset to develop and understand complex financial transactions, financial statements and the deal process involved in M&A including strong valuation skills.

An entrepreneurial mindset is key for success; as a start-up brand with an existing client base built by the existing team, it will be vital for this individual to be able to operate autonomously and with the flexibility required to ensure success of a new business.
