Our client ,is a market leader in crime fighting and security software used by law enforcement and national security agencies, critical infrastructure operations and major corporations.

Its advanced crime analytics, advanced cyber threat analytics and investigations case management platform helps solve growing big data and security problems including organised and transnational crime, new generation extremism and high consequence cyber crime.

They are partners with major systems integrators and the world’s leading software companies and has offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

The role of the Partner Enablement Manager is to oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of projects that deliver the company's software tools and services to key government and financial service clients through their Partners.

They will work with the Partners to develop the scope of work documents and project plans. The Partner

Enablement Manager will be responsible for key stakeholder management at senior executive level. They will use their skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, meet training needs, define project deliverables, provide customer satisfaction and reporting structures and ensure the quality of the project. They will also manage the system development process, ensure effective communication and relationships between the customer and the project team members are maintained.

Key strategic responsibilities
- Define and deliver the scope of the project in collaboration with Partner teams and senior management and Sales/Presales teams.
- Quickly understand, assess, and address Partners' business challenges and prescribe account plans and consultative services – including, but not limited to, deployment planning, project design, and technical implementation.
- Responsible for overall service delivery assurance on large complex software implementations with implementation Partners.
- Ensure Partners are adhering to delivering the company's best practices and foreseeing future needs/hurdles
- Educate Partners on best practices to support their client base successfully and reflect the company's product sets.
- Provide insight on Partners’ needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent their views, requirements, and experience throughout the organization. Understand their needs as it pertains to the company's platform capabilities.
- Work with Product Marketing to define enablement requirements
- Develop strong relationships with Partners to protect ongoing revenue stream
- Efficiently manage resource allocation on complex product deployments.
- Manage project delivery risk and mitigating actions. Hands on management of day-to-day operational aspects of the project
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organisation on the progress of the project
- Manage revenue models and P/L; meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions as required
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Such other responsibilities that may reasonably be assigned from time to time.

Accountabilities:
- Fulfill key strategic responsibilities within agreed timelines, budgets and delegated authority.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, MSP or PMP(P)

Previous Experience
- Significant experience in delivering large complex IT engagements and projects running throughout all project lifecycle stages
- Demonstrable delivery to time, cost and quality
- It is desirable to have had experience establishing and/or running either a Project and/or Programme Support

Office
- Proven experience of stakeholder engagement at Senior Executive level
- It is desirable to have had experience either working for or within a government agency
- Proven experience in strategic planning

Technical Skills
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies

- Ability to describe technical procedures to customers and other stakeholders of all levels of technical aptitude
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with

other employees and customer representatives
- Positively influence and motivate others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation by giving clear and consistent instructions to team members
- Considerable writing proficiency, visual design skills, and oral presentation skills using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
