Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Partner Sales Director based in our Dubai office to drive growth and success across my clients product portfolio by building an ecosystem of partners with whom we can develop, sell and deliver business. The role will be focussed across all industry sectors, working in conjunction with sales teams to grow my clients revenue from their technology, systems integrators and reseller channels.

The successful candidate will work with new partners in terms of selection, contracting and on-boarding. They will also be responsible for managing existing partner relationships and ensuring growth in accordance with our Partner Strategy.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner Sales Strategy Development - work with the Commercial Director, VP EMEA and COO to develop and execute on the partner sales strategy, and to be responsible for maintaining the documentation related to the strategy.
- Partner Development - to prospect, select, develop, support and manage partner organisations and positively influence their adoption of my clients solutions for use by end Customers. The specific aim is to establish small number of partnerships that offer significant value to the partner proposition and high level of repeatability across the partners extensive and mature client base. Key to this success will be evaluating and developing the most appropriate government schedule and contract partnerships across different countries.
- Maintain alignment to the Partner Strategy and provide input to the future path
- The evaluation and selection of new partners
- On-boarding new partners, training and mentoring them through the sales process
- Work alongside partners in the bid process
- Manage the on-going partner pipeline, setting targets, reviews and performance management
- Fulfil key strategic responsibilities within agreed timelines, budgets and delegated authority.

Requirements

- Degree educated
- Experience in indirect sales and partner business development technical skills
- Experience in software sales, particularly analytics, risk and/or threat management software
- Results oriented and good decision making skills
- Leader with entrepreneurial spirit, passionate to drive teams to common goals
- Self-motivated individual equally happy in working in a team and alone
- Good communicator at senior levels internally and externally
- The ability to work comfortably with executives in partner organizations
- Negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Can demonstrate leadership of virtual teams that has driven key revenue based metrics
- Consistently displays excellent organisational, communication, project management skills
