Overview of the role

This position is centered towards a focus on managing all Non-Strategic partners ,and is to drive innovation and identify potential solutions and ensure their seamless implementation within the business ecosystem. You will build a strong relationships with startups and seek opportunities for collaboration that align with the organization's goals,to identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging trends and technologies relevant to the company's objectives, and establish strong partnerships with technology providers and startups to leverage their expertise and capabilities.

What you will do

Manage Non-Strategic Partners:
- Working closely with Non-Strategic partners on a day-to-day basis; developing and sustaining long-standing relationships
- Working closely with Central Procurement and Vendor Operations teams; facilitating vendor selection and contract negotiation processes; implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the right vendors are secured.
- Identify and Support Onboarding: Evaluate potential suppliers considering criteria such as industry experience, capacity, quality standards and financial stability. Support the onboarding through Vendor Operations team
- Monitor Partner performance and compliance with SLAsy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Non-Strategic Partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Finance Saves: Opex and Capex Savings from various partnership initiatives.
- Relationship and Collaboration Management
- Manage Innovation Hub utilization via showcasing Innovative Solutions through partners

Requirements

Required Skills to be successful
- Should be able to manage vendor portfolios amounting to AED 60-80 Million per annum.
- Experience in business analytics, strategic thinking, negotiations, and operations are required.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, resourcefulness and time management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish contact and trust with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
- Ability to anticipate conflict and resolving pending issues.

What equips you for the role
- Bachelor level or higher - preferably in business administration / management field.
- Overall 10+ years of IT experience.
- Experience in dashboard design and development.
- Full proficiency with Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel analysis .
