Parts Executive - AFM - Lexus - Ras Al Khaima

Due to our recent growth and future expansion plans, we are currently looking for a competent & performance driven Spare Part Sales Executive / Parts Advisor to work within our Automotive Parts Team in UAE. Your main role is to satisfy customers of their parts requirements, supply and deliver the parts within proposed time-frame.

As part of our Automotive Parts team, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from parts inquiry up to processing of orders for both walked in and telephone customers. You need to make sure that sales orders, purchase orders, deliveries, cash collection, cash deposits are closed on time as per company standards and documents are filed for records. You are also required to follow-up of on customer’s payments and collect retail customer data and feedback.

This vacancy is specifically looking after all the future/upcoming Parts Sales Executive roles across the UAE, covering automotive brands such as Lexus.

Requirements

You should possess a good general level of Education and should have at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience within spare parts operations, preferably in an automotive parts sales counter. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent computer skills, knowledge of SAP is preferred.

You should also be able to display excellent communication skills with an ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to work in a team.
