Parts Supervisor - Al-Futtaim Auto Center - ALAC - Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to work within our ALAC Parts Team in Abu Dhabi.

As a Part Supervisor, you will be responsible for maximizing the overall net profit within your area by exceeding given budget, sales and gross margin. You will take care of all the required transportation documentation which includes airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit. You would liaise with both government and non-government departments whilst arranging shipping requirements such as export licenses and customs declarations.

You would also require expediting transport arrangements and maintains current information on tariffs, licenses and restrictions and at the same time manage a smooth coordination of shipments from origin to final destination.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably within the fields of Automotive, Engineering or Marketing and should have at least 5 years’ experience within spare parts operations and 3 years’ experience working at a managerial level. Preferably having exposure to bulk sales, imports, warehouse, procurement and distribution with any authorized automotive dealer.

You must have experienced in building and maintaining business relationships with Bulk Buyers / Dealers and be able to display a good knowledge of Kaizen and have knowledge and experience of using an ERP system, preferably SAP.
