Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Partsman - AFM - PDI - Dubai, Jebel Ali

JOB PURPOSE:
- Ensure that job cards for PDI operations are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure full and accurate communication between workshop, parts reception and quality control.
- Attend and respond to quires via emails and telephones from internal customers PDC/NPD/PDI
- Takes a flexible approach when working within a team, willing to change a role when asked.

Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators.

- Focus on PDI objective of zero delay and zero defect.
- Actively participate in 5s & Kaizen activities in PDI.
- Ensure that all the parts are checked & binned as per the binning list and as per the KPI laid down
- Supply and prepare parts in timely manner to the PDI bays
- Support weekly perpetual inventory accordingly and ensure warehousing system is maintained
- Implement and maintain kaizen 7 storage technique in warehouse
- To see that the consignment received are unloaded on time and without any damages
- Report any discrepancy found in the consignment and take corrective action to rectify same
- Ensure PGI in DBM orders on time

Requirements

- High school
- 2 -3 years’ experience in Toyota parts & accessories
- Focus on PDI objective of zero delay and zero defect.
