As the Pastry Chef , you'll be the creative force behind our dessert offerings, delighting our guests with a delectable array of Italian-inspired sweets and treats. From classic tiramisu to innovative pastries, your culinary skills and artistic flair will help us elevate the dessert experience.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods with precision and attention to detail, ensuring exceptional taste, texture, and presentation.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless integration of dessert offerings with the overall menu.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in pastry and dessert preparation.

Requirements

• Italian citizenship or other EU nationality preferred.
• Proven experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume restaurant or pastry shop, with a strong foundation in Italian pastry techniques and traditions.
• Creative flair and a passion for innovation, with the ability to develop unique and memorable dessert creations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the culinary team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
