Job description / Role
Pastry Cook Cdp up to 5.5k Aed ++ for an Fnb Holding Group in Abu Dhabi
• Assist in creating desserts to renew menus and engage the interest of customers
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc.
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
• POSITION: Pastry Cook Chef De Partie
• SALARY: up to 5,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and meal
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Holding Group
• WORK LOCATION: Louvre, Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join by December 12, 2019
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male or Female, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Diploma in Hospitality or any related course
• Minimum of 1-2 yrs of hotel experience in a French patisserie or stand-alone restaurant
• HACCP Certified or any PIC certificate is an advantage
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic and with lively personality
