Job description / Role
Payroll coordinator to manage and supervise payroll functions. Additionally responsible for for generating HRIS and maintaining HR budget and assisting the HR director in special assignments.
- Dealing with Payroll Administration
- Benefits Administration
- Documentation/ HRIS / Financials
- Local Authorities
- HRMS
Requirements
- A Graduate or a Diploma holder in commercial accounting or finance and business admnistration, or similar qualifications.
- At least 5 years in the management of payroll and Human Resources Administration of a well established organization of more than 300 employees
Other Requirements:
- Manage and guide staff
- Good Managerial skills
- HRIS & ERP Management Systems
- Arabic Speaking
