A career in People Analytics - you will work closely with key stakeholders and leadership across the business to develop clear and insightful analysis and reporting relating to people data, and be responsible for supporting the driving of people, commercial, and key business decision-making processes within the firm

The People Analytics & Insights function is responsible for delivering insights and solutions to PwC Leadership across a number of key people areas, including:employee performance, learning & development, retention, and engagement.

As a People Analytics and Insights Manager at PwC, you will work with data scientists and analysts to transform complex people data into actionable insights. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making and initiatives, empowering leaders to make informed decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of both analytics and business strategy, bridging the gap between data and decision-making.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Lead and manage a team of analysts, overseeing the analysis of people data to provide meaningful reporting and extract valuable, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business challenges and objectives, identifying how people data can drive strategic decisions.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for HR and firm leadership.
- Clearly articulate complex data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner, tailored to the audience.
- Develop and implement robust analytics frameworks and methodologies to support ongoing and ad-hoc people analytics projects.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organisation, advocating for the use of empirical evidence in decision-making processes.
- Mentor and develop team members, building analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset across the wider team.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in people analytics and recommend innovations to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Develop a methodology for assessing and responding to people data requests

Requirements

Preferred Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in a managerial role within people analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., R, Python,Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a commitment to developing team members.
- An understanding of HR processes, people data, and how they impact business outcomes.
- Compliance with prevailing ethical standards
- Understanding of professional services firms and business models

Additional Job Description - Minimum Experience

- 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in people analytics or HR is desirable
